Bachelor’s entry
University of Cyprus states that non-EU undergraduate applicants should be graduates of a secondary school recognised by the appropriate education authority in their country. Admission routes can differ by institution, with GCE/GCSE, International Baccalaureate or equivalent examinations used in some cases.
Master’s entry
For postgraduate study, applicants generally need a recognised university degree. University of Cyprus states that applicants should hold a degree awarded by an accredited institution or an equivalent qualification, while departments can impose subject, grade, reference or language requirements.
Tuition
As one public-university reference, University of Cyprus currently lists non-EU undergraduate tuition at €6,834 per academic year. Private institutions and specialised programmes may have very different fees, so compare the exact programme cost rather than using one national number.
English and programme language
English-taught programmes set their own proficiency rules. Some public undergraduate study in Cyprus is primarily taught in Greek, while private universities offer wider English-taught options. Always verify the teaching language before applying.
