1. Acceptance of these terms
By using abroadcc.info, contacting us for an assessment, booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and any written service quotation, invoice or agreement provided to you.
2. Our services
Services may include profile assessment, destination and programme guidance, university application support, scholarship information, student or visit visa document guidance, interview preparation, language/test preparation and related administrative support. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are those stated in your written quotation, invoice, engagement message or agreement.
3. No guarantee of admission, visa or scholarship
Universities, awarding bodies, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities and other third parties make their own independent decisions. Eligibility criteria, quotas, processing times and policies may change. Payment to Abroad Connection is for the agreed consultancy or support service and is not a payment for a guaranteed admission, visa, scholarship or immigration result.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents; disclose previous refusals, gaps, immigration history and other material facts relevant to your case; review applications before submission; meet deadlines; attend interviews or appointments when required; and promptly tell us about changes that may affect your case.
You must not ask us to create, alter, conceal or submit false, misleading or fraudulent documents or information. We may suspend or terminate assistance if authenticity or legality concerns arise.
5. Academic and visa eligibility
Our assessments are based on information available at the time and are advisory. Final eligibility is determined by the institution or competent authority. A profile that appears eligible can still be rejected for academic, financial, credibility, capacity, immigration, timing or other reasons.
6. Fees and third-party costs
Our consultancy or course fees are separate from third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party costs can include university application fees, tuition, deposits, visa fees, biometric or visa-centre charges, translations, attestations, courier fees, insurance, medicals, tests, blocked-account or financial-service charges and travel costs.
Any refund, cancellation or rescheduling entitlement is governed by the written quotation, invoice, course policy or service agreement applicable to your purchase. Government, university and other third-party payments are subject to the third party's own refund rules.
7. Timelines
Any estimated application, admission or visa timeline is indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by universities, government authorities, visa centres, courier companies, testing bodies, banking providers, technical outages, incomplete client documents or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Communications and approvals
We may communicate through email, phone, WhatsApp, forms or other agreed channels. You are responsible for checking messages and confirming important information. Where an application is prepared on your behalf, you should review material information before final submission whenever the process permits.
9. Language and test-preparation services
Attendance, trainer feedback, mock tests and preparation do not guarantee a particular IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo English Test or Cambridge score. Exam bodies set and control test formats, scoring, availability, rules and results. Trainer certifications do not by themselves make Abroad Connection an official test centre or official representative of an exam body unless separately and expressly stated.
10. Website information
We aim to keep destination, admission, tuition, scholarship and visa information useful and current, but official requirements can change without notice. Before making a payment or final decision, users should verify critical requirements on the relevant university, embassy, immigration authority or government website.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics, branding and materials created by Abroad Connection are owned by or licensed to Abroad Connection. You may use website content for personal information purposes but may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit it without permission.
12. Third-party websites and services
Links to universities, embassies, government portals, social platforms, payment services or other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, security, content, fees, decisions or privacy practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abroad Connection is not liable for indirect, consequential or third-party losses arising from independent university or authority decisions, policy changes, processing delays, third-party failures or inaccurate information supplied by the client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Suspension or termination
We may decline, suspend or end a service where required fees remain unpaid, requested information is repeatedly withheld, abuse or threats occur, fraud or document-integrity concerns arise, or continuing the engagement would be unlawful or professionally inappropriate. Any financial consequence will follow the applicable written service/refund terms.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents or credentials.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, law or website practices. The version in effect at the time of a specific signed or written service agreement does not automatically override separately agreed contractual terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user in another jurisdiction. The parties should first try to resolve any concern through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to Ceo@abroadcc.info or raised through our Contact page.
